OUR PROCESS
1. Design
Design a progressive die or tooling as per the order.
2. Build
Build the die or tooling and submit first article parts to the customer.
3. Production
Place a production order for the stamping department.
4. Assembly
Assemble the dies based on industry needs. (Ex: For the aerospace industry, we assemble air diffusers and air tubes for jet engine turbines. For the automotive industry, we assemble brackets and other components.)
5. Deburring
Precision Die and Stamping has its own washing and deburring department.
6. Heat Treatment
We heat treat our products and utilize a salt tank for a clean and stable quenching process.
7. Final Inspection
We inspect the final product with our state-of-the-art measuring equipment.
8. Shipping
The last operation is the packaging when the finished stampings go into inventory or shipped directly to our customers.
9. Inventory
By maintaining four weeks of minimum inventory, we are able to ship 100% deliveries to our customers.
