Our Process

Design: After receiving an order for a new metal stamping, the first operation would be to design a progressive die or tooling as required.
Build: Next, our state of the art tool room would build the die or tooling and submit first article parts to the customer.
Production: The tooling is now ready for production orders produced in the stamping department.
Processes: The stampings go to the next operation, which could be deburr, heat treat, plating or assembly.
Final Inspection: This operation would be to verify that we have met all the customer requirements.
Packaging: The last operation is packaging when the finished stampings go into inventory or shipped directly to our customers.
Inventory: By maintaining four weeks minimum inventory, we are able to ship 100% deliveries to our customers.
